Read MoreWhere can I find the old Travel Planner?
Renamed the "Advanced Travel Planner", it still has trip options such as "return trip" and "fewest transfers." To access the Advanced Travel Planner:
- here on the homepage, you can click on the link below the Quick Planner entitled "Advanced Travel Planner", or
- go to the Routes & Maps section and click on the Travel Planner link on left-side menu; then click on "Advanced Travel Planner".
Why am I getting errors when entering an address in the Quick Planner?
When you enter an address or intersection into the origin or destination field, there's no need to include the street tag (e.g. Street, Avenue, Drive) as the Quick Planner will do it for you! This is the most common reason for error messages when you create a travel plan. Click on the link below to access the Travel Planner Help page.

Advanced Travel Planner - You can exclude school routes by clicking on the 'exclude school routes' option.
Quick Planner - If you are given a plan that includes a school route (a bus route in the 600s), click on 'earlier/later' option* and it will find an alternate route.
* Please note: this may take more than one click as the Quick Planner generates the quickest possible trip based on the origin / destination / time entered.
