Lost & Found is located at Heartwood House, 153 Chapel Street

Heartwood House Hours of Operation:

July 1 - August 31:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
 8 am to 5:30 pm
Wednesday 8 am to 7:30 pm
Friday 8 am to 5 pm
September 1 - June 30:
Monday, Tuesday
 8 am to 7 pm
Wednesday, Thursday 8 am to 7:30 pm
Friday 8 am to 5 pm

If you have found an item, please return it to any bus driver, Heartwood House, our Sales and Information Centres or an OC Transpo Special Constable. If you found someone else's bus pass you can drop it into any Canada Post mail box and it will be returned to OC Transpo.

If retrieving an item is an emergency:

Open weekdays from 7 am - 9 pm; Saturday from 8 am- 9 pm and Sunday from 9 am - 5 pm.
