If you have found an item, please return it to any bus driver, Heartwood House, our Sales and Information Centres or an OC Transpo Special Constable. If you found someone else’s bus pass you can drop it into any Canada Post mail box and it will be returned to OC Transpo.
If retrieving an item is an emergency, call our Information Centre at 613-741-4390, which is open weekdays from 7 am - 9 pm; Saturday from 8 am- 9 pm and Sunday from 9 am - 5 pm.
