Rack & Roll
Racks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and some trips may not have a bike rack. If this is the case, please wait for the next bus. It is important to note that not all trips on a Rack and Roll route will have a bus equipped with a rack.
We try to cover as many trips on bike rack routes as possible but depending on how the service is scheduled, there can be buses doing odd trips on these routes; there are not enough racks to cover all of them. The service is scheduled this way to optimize the use of the bus fleet in general.

Large Group Travel
Large groups are welcome to travel on board our services! In order to make your experience more pleasant we recommend that you contact Customer Service directly and give 48 hours notice. A customer representative will take all the necessary information to assist your travel and inform the appropriate division in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate large groups, but we cannot guarantee sufficient space. The normal fare type is charged for the group, we recommend that you purchase bus tickets or daypasses in advance, as this is a more economical way to travel.
