Para Transpo service is available to residents of the City of Ottawa who successfully complete the application and registration process.

» Application form for Para Transpo services
Register for Para Transpo services by completing an application form. The form must be signed by an appropriate health care professional such as a physician, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, or a chiropractor. (If you prefer, you may contact Para Transpo at 613-244-1289 to receive your Para Transpo application form by mail.)
Para Transpo service is also available to qualified people visiting Ottawa on a temporary basis, who also have a mobility impairment which prevents them from using conventional OC Transpo bus service. Applicants for temporary service should contact Para Transpo registration service prior to submitting an application.

Replace Your Card
If your card is lost or stolen, you can purchase a replacement ($6) at any OC Transpo Sales Centre.For registered cards, the account balance can be transferred.
