O-Payment is expanding. Soon you will be able to tap your Interac® Debit card on all OC Transpo buses and at all fare gates!
Testing has begun and during this time, you will see the Interac Debit logo on the fare reader screen. For now, continue to use your existing payment methods to pay for your fare. Check back for updates on when Interac Debit is available!
OC Transpo is working toward as we transition our bus fleet from diesel to electric by 2036.

Later this year, OC Transpo will launch a new bus network, focused on frequency, local service in your neighbourhood, and connections to O-Train Lines 1 and 2 and key destinations.
This new bus network of more than 100 routes will ensure that our city has a sustainable network that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
New Ways to Bus is about responding to changes in customers’ travel needs and ridership levels. It will significantly change OC Transpo’s bus network and is a big step towards meeting our service reliability target of 99.5 per cent.

On Victoria Day (Monday, May 20), buses and trains will run on a Sunday schedule.
