Para Transpo Fares

Para Transpo fares can be paid with cash, or with OC Transpo passes and tickets.

  • Even if you are registered on Para Transpo, you can still use conventional transit without affecting your eligibility.
  • If you ride on Para Transpo you can't use PRESTO, and must continue to use your existing pass, tickets or cash. Para Transpo is developing a new advance-payment service that will let customers set up a transit fare account to pay for their travel remotely – either over the phone or internet - just like with PRESTO.
