Protect your pass from loss or theft
Protect your Student Annual pass from loss or theft with the pass protection plan, which is available when you purchase your pass at an OC Transpo Sales Centre. If your pass is lost or stolen, simply bring proof of ID to a Sales Centre, and a new pass and Photo ID will be issued to you at no charge.
Note: repeat losses are not covered by the plan
