OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres
All OC Transpo fare products including Photo IDs are available at our four Sales and Information Centres:
• Rideau Centre
• St. Laurent
• Lincoln Fields
• Place d’Orléans

Located on the third floor near the exit to Mackenzie King Station, next to Sears.

Government Service Centres
All OC Transpo fare products are available (except for Photo ID's and Annual passes) at the two main Government Service Centres*, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm:
- City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue
- Kanata, 580 Terry Fox Drive
Monthly passes and tickets are available at at these City of Ottawa Client Service Centres*, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm:
- Orléans, 255 Centrum Blvd.
- Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Dr.

* All Government and Client Service Centres are closed on Statutory Holidays.
Ticket & Pass Vendors
OC Transpo monthly pass vouchers and bus tickets are sold at hundreds of locations around the city, including most of these stores:

NOTE: Some vendors only sell tickets in packs of 6. Also - please check your vendor to ensure availability of the monthly pass. Vendors do not sell Photo IDs.

On Campus
Colleges and universities have pass and ticket outlets on campus. Use the Google map to locate a vendor near you.
The following campus locations also sell Semester Passes when they are available:
- Algonquin College (for Algonquin students only)
Parking & Transportation Services; Room C-044 - La Cité collégiale (for La Cité students only)
Librairie COOPSCO de La Cité collégiale; Building G, G2050
Transit Photo IDs are available on college and university campuses each year at the start of the fall term.
Photo ID sessions are also available at many Ottawa area high schools in the summer and early fall.
U-Pass
Get ready for a NEW universal public transit pass (U-Pass) starting in September, for full-time students at Carleton University and the University of Ottawa.
Don’t forget to validate your pass!
Remember to write your Photo ID Card number on the pass voucher. If you have not done this, the pass is not valid and you would be subject to a fine.
Family Pass
Get ahead with a $7.50 Daypass!
On weekends and statutory holidays, the DayPass also serves as a ‘Family Pass’ giving you unlimited same day travel for up to 6 people.
