OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres
All OC Transpo fares and passes are available at our four Sales and Information Centres:
- Rideau Centre
- St. Laurent
- Lincoln Fields
- Place d’Orléans
we accept cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
The Rideau Centre Sales and Information Centre
Located on the 3rd level of Rideau Centre near the west bridge leading to The Bay.

St. Laurent, Lincoln Fields & Place d’Orléans
Lincoln Fields Sales and Information Centre has moved to a trailer close to stop 3B temporarily for renovations. All services will be available except photo ID cards, which can be purchased at the Rideau Centre, St-Laurent or Place d'Orléans Sales and Information Centres.

PRESTO cards are available at City Hall, Kanata and Ben Franklin locations.

- $10 minimum load
OC Transpo passes and tickets are available at the following 5 locations:
Photo IDs are not sold from these locations
- City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue open 8:30 am - 5 pm
- Kanata, 580 Terry Fox Drive open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Orléans, 255 Centrum Blvd. open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Dr. open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Walter Baker Sports Centre, 100 Malvern Drive open 8 am - 8 pm

Use Up or Trade In Old Tickets
Starting January 1, 2015, orange ($1.50) tickets will no longer be accepted on the bus. Yellow ($1.55) tickets will continue to be valid.
