OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres
All OC Transpo fare products including Photo IDs are available at our four Sales and Information Centres:
- Rideau Centre
- St. Laurent
- Lincoln Fields
- Place d’Orléans

Located on the third floor near the exit to Mackenzie King Station, next to Sears.

Government Service Centres
All OC Transpo fare products are available (except for Photo ID's)
at the two main Government Service Centres*:
City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue
Kanata, 580 Terry Fox Drive
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Monthly passes and tickets are available at the following
City of Ottawa Client Service Centres*:
Orléans, 255 Centrum Blvd.
Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Dr.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

* All Government and Client Service Centres are closed on Statutory Holidays.
Vendors
Google Vendor Map
Use the Google map to find a vendor near you. NOTE: Please ensure you have selected the 'Vendors' tab. Then just enter an address in the address field and you will see the vendors near your location.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Some vendors sell tickets only, not passes. To ensure availability of the monthly pass, please check the vendor.
- Some vendors only sell tickets in packs of 6, not individually.
- Vendors do not sell Photo IDs. Photo ID's are only available at the OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres.
On Campus
Some colleges and universities have pass and ticket outlets on campus. Use the Google map to locate a vendor near you.
The following campus locations also sell Semester Passes when they are available:
Algonquin College (for Algonquin students only)
Parking & Transportation Services; Room C-044
La Cité collégiale (for La Cité students only)
Librairie COOPSCO de La Cité collégiale; Building G, G2050
Transit Photo IDs are available on college and university campuses each year at the start of the fall term.
Photo ID sessions are also available at many Ottawa area High Schools in the summer and early fall.

Register and we will e-mail or text your cell with the latest transit information, including cancelled trips, detours, fare changes or changes in service to your route.
Don’t forget to validate your pass!
Remember to write your Photo ID Card number on the pass voucher. If you have not done this, the pass is not valid and you would be subject to a fine.
Family Pass
Get ahead with a $7.50 Daypass!
On weekends and statutory holidays, the DayPass also serves as a ‘Family Pass’ giving you unlimited same day travel for up to 6 people.
